Episode Synopsis
Warrick heads the investigation of the murder of a con artist who turns out to be involved with Brass' daughter, and the evidence leads Sara on a counterfeit investigation. With Grissom away, Warrick is in charge for the first time as the team investigates the murder of the con artist, who has run off with some tourists' money only to get shot and killed in the parking lot. The prime suspect in the case turns out to be Captain Brass' daughter, which causes Brass to take himself off the investigation professionally, but not personally. Meanwhile, the physical evidence in the case leads Sara to investigate a high-end counterfeit operation after the money found on the victim turns out to be bogus.

If my kid behaved the way Brass' daughter did, I'd disowned here. Her habits do not speak well of him.

I kinda lost track of this episode, and Ellie was a brat. I still sat through it, though. Some parts were good.

I always liked Paul Guilfoyle, so watching an episode focused on his character (one way or the other), also someone out of the lab but still a team member, was a nice change..

Interesting chapter, with Grissom outside frame and Warrick taking care of all the department. Also Catherine is outside too, so the chapter became a really interesting exercise of style, with Gary Dourdan and Paul Guilfoyle (excelent actor, terrific) as

Interesting to see Warrick in charge, however, I thought Sara was being a total bitch. Brass's daughter acted about the same, but it was good to see an episode devoted to Brass.

One of my least favorite episodes. WAY to much Brass. I've always thought he was pretty much a jerk, even though he's a pretty cool character when he's dealing with the scumbags they try can catch I can never stand how he acts around the other CSI's. I'm

Loved the interatction between Brass and Ellie. I think she really loves him but....aww it's sad. Hitting on Warrick? HEHE funny. Don't think Brass should have his own ep, which is kinda what this turned out to be. Nice to learn more about him

The Elli parts were good and it was nice to see Sara with her own story line, but its wasn't very interesting.
